Thanks for spinning this off. Wasn't sure if it was appropriate for a separate thread. Anyhow, even if you don't have a Facebook account, check us out. We've got a gig coming up in June. A rockin' band opening for a country act. Go figure.

Also note: this is a band formed in early March by a bunch of guys that didn't know each other to competed in a battle of the bands. We've had so much fun that we want to keep it going.

Fun fact: our lead singer is a retiree in his 60s.

For those interested:

I'm playing the clean intro on All Over Now. The clean rhythm continues beneath the entire song.

I'm the gritty, choppy electric rhythm on Gonna Be Some Rockin'.

On the Stay With me I'm playing the intro, then when we pause for the quick electric run I come in with the shuffle rhythm, then the outro is just a repeat of the intro.

Getting close:

I had to jump in and edit this. We had a major falling out with our lead guitarist and fired him. In the course of auditions the rest of the band decided we should hire a keyboard player and promote me to lead guitarist. We've also changed the band name, so there's that. We're having a blast and really rocking out some songs.
