I'm interested, but I'm afraid it won't be the revival that all the people in the WoC group on Facebook are hoping for.
Looking at the announce video, it looks graphically identical to the original game. If they have been lazy with the resolution upscaling then I'm dubious about how their other aims will work out.
Also they mention nothing about the gameplay. Many were tired of NwN gameplay for a long time now, so it's could be the old chestnut that outside of role-playing people wouldn't login which in turn means people don't stay in when they login to check for activity.
Then there would be other factors of having sufficiently active staff and updated rulesets for the server to promote creativity(such as allowing more freedom to affect the world) and not allow things to stagnate again as they had been stagnating for years prior to WoC's final "death".

Taking a look at the details, the enhanced edition will not update the models or textures. There are some graphical enhancements going on, but it's not going to look that much different from the original. Time will probably tell how much of the game mechanics that are affected. There are a few thing that I, personally, am excited about, though:
Continuous updates: By the looks of the FAQ, they are planning to keep developing the EE after release with inputs from modders. This is certainly nice, since it can help polish the game further. The server list is back: Beamdog has stated that they are going to rewrite the multiplayer list so that the servers are once again visible. This is good for the PWs, since it will be easier for players to find us.
It's not going to be a cool HD version of NWN, but more like a stable version of the game with an active support, backwards compability and a proper server list. It's potentially great for the old multiplayer community. Will it attract new players who never played the original game? Probably not. I doubt it will bring back the golden age of WoC, but there could be a potential for a reboot or renewal. It all depends, though, and I suppose there will be plenty of discussion in the coming months.

It certainly has potential... but I agree with the above. It'll play on nostalgia - old gamers who remember the original might stop by for a peek... but it won't attract anyone new, and visitors might not stay long. I will say it has sparked enough conversation on the FB group that I am hopeful we could spark a little activity.
